By using Kukuki Transport LTD Ltd services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our taxi services are provided subject to availability and in accordance with local licensing requirements.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website
• We will confirm your booking within 15 minutes
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before pickup time
• Late cancellations may incur charges
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to weather or safety concerns

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are based on distance, time, and service type
• Airport transfers have fixed pricing
• Payment can be made by cash, card, or corporate account
• Waiting time charges apply after 5 minutes
• Additional charges may apply for extra stops or special requirements

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
• Provide accurate pickup and destination addresses
• Inform us of any special requirements when booking
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• No smoking, eating, or drinking alcohol in vehicles
• Children must be accompanied by an adult

5. Liability and Insurance

Kukuki Transport LTD Ltd is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to:

• Safe transportation from pickup to destination
• Professional and courteous service
• Compliance with traffic laws and regulations

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Lost Property

We will make reasonable efforts to return lost property. Items left in vehicles should be reported immediately. We are not responsible for valuable items left in vehicles.

7. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us immediately. We will investigate all complaints promptly and fairly. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
